- Does not act as a recruitment agency or hiring authority
- Does not influence or control employer hiring decisions
- Does not participate in salary negotiations or employment contracts
Any employment relationship formed is strictly between the employer and the candidate.
4. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you encounter:
- Fake or misleading job postings
- Requests for money or illegal documents
- Abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior
Please report such activity immediately through the contact options available on https://scenical.in.
Scenical reserves the right to investigate reports and remove accounts or job listings without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenical Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Employer fraud or impersonation
- Financial losses or opportunity losses
- Data misuse by third parties
- Employment disputes, offer withdrawals, or non-joining cases
Use of the Job Portal is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Compliance & Cooperation
Scenical may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required under applicable laws.
Users agree that Scenical’s role is limited to that of an online intermediary under Indian law.
